Using leadership as a success factor for a successful transformation

Leadership: key competence in a world of change

Successful transformation succeeds when people are motivated and empowered to drive change. Together, we identify behaviors that help or hinder and develop value-based thinking.

We support managers in acting as drivers of strategy and creating a suitable culture of change.

By strengthening leadership skills in a targeted manner, we help companies to operate safely in an increasingly complex and dynamic environment and turn necessary changes into opportunities for innovation and growth.

We see leadership as a key competence to not only manage change, but to use it as a competitive advantage. Our services for developing effective leadership cover 3 areas:

Establishing an effective management culture

We support companies in developing a leadership culture that enables trust, collaboration and a shared vision - ensuring that strategic goals are effectively anchored in the organization.

Leading the transformation of the company

We enable managers to manage change processes in a targeted manner - with a holistic perspective that takes both strategic and human factors into account and uses technology as a driver for value creation.

Leading beyond hierarchical boundaries

We develop suitable principles and practices with which people in the organization can bring about change - and thus create a culture in which leadership is understood and lived as a shared responsibility.

Typical management issues in which we support our clients:

Cooperating as a management team

"How can we organize and work together effectively as a management team?"

Initiating a cultural change

"How can we as managers initiate, moderate and exemplify cultural change?"

Providing strategic impetus

"How can we as a management team initiate, steer and shape strategy, change and transformation initiatives?"

Enabling market orientation

"How can we design an organization that is effectively aligned with the market and customers in terms of structure and culture?"

Distribute leadership better

"How can we empower employees to make decisions where the problem arises and where the technical expertise lies?"

Living our vision, mission and values

"How can we anchor and implement our strategy through a shared vision, mission and values?"

Our approach - collaborative right from the start

After a free initial consultation and a subsequent detailed clarification of the assignment, we jointly formulate challenges in the form of a concrete "problem statement". This is the basis for developing a vision, concrete goals and a suitable approach - this is always iterative, i.e. we implement initiatives step by step and regularly review the impact of the selected measures. We then adapt the next steps as required: Regular impetus for sustainable change.

Impulses can be sparring or coaching, tailor-made learning formats or advisory support. Depending on what you, your team or the company need at the moment.

Joint Assessment of the Current Situation, 3. Formulation of Challenges, 4. Alignment on Vision, Goals, and Approach, 5. Organizational Development Initiatives. Arrows indicate a smooth transition between the phases.
"In addition to the realignment of Objectives & Key Results (OKR) and the implementation of management training and workshops for our specialists and managers, the review and support of change management measures was also part of our collaboration. I would like to emphasize the ability to grasp and structure complex problems together with us and to prepare them for discussion and decision-making in the shortest possible time."
